The race for the second spot on the Oslo Labour Party's parliamentary list has reached a deadlock between Hadia Tajik and Kamzy Gunaratnam.
Initially, Gunaratnam led with support from 111 delegates, while Tajik had 50. However, recent developments show both candidates now have equal backing of 105 delegates each.
This tie comes after a series of local party meetings and a nomination committee's recommendation favoring Tajik.
The final decision will be made at the nomination meeting on November 26, where a tie could lead to a draw by lot.
Both candidates express enthusiasm for the competition, highlighting the vibrant democratic process within the party.
