Hadia Tajik, a prominent Norwegian Labour Party politician, has secured a new role at the law firm Haavind.

Starting after the upcoming parliamentary elections, Tajik will serve as an associate and senior advisor, focusing on aquaculture, offshore, industry, and energy sectors.

Tajik, a trained lawyer, expressed her excitement about joining a firm known for its strong reputation and professional environment.

This career move follows her loss in the race for a key position on the Oslo Labour Party's parliamentary list last November, which marked the end of her tenure in Parliament since 2009. Tajik had previously announced her intention to seek opportunities outside politics after the defeat.
