A power outage at Filipstad in Oslo caused a delay for passengers aboard the Color Line ferry arriving from Kiel.
The incident occurred when the ferry docked at 10 AM, preventing foot passengers from disembarking due to the inoperable gangway.
While vehicles were able to leave the ship as usual, around 1,500 passengers had to wait for about an hour before the issue was resolved.
Erik Brynhildsbakken, a communications director at Color Line, confirmed that the problem was fixed by 11 AM, allowing passengers to finally disembark.
Despite the delay, most passengers remained calm, although some expressed frustration over the lack of timely information.
The power outage affected 13 addresses in the area, but the ferry company managed to keep passengers informed through onboard announcements.
