A Norwegian Airlines flight with 165 passengers and six crew members skidded off the runway at Molde Airport on Thursday evening.
The incident occurred during landing due to strong winds and a slippery runway.
The plane came to a halt just meters from the sea, prompting an emergency evacuation using inflatable slides.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, though many passengers were shaken by the experience.
The airport has been temporarily closed, and authorities, including the Accident Investigation Board, are examining the scene.
Norwegian Airlines confirmed the weather conditions as the primary cause of the incident.
Passengers praised the calm and efficient evacuation despite some initial confusion over hand luggage.
