A SAS flight from Trondheim to Oslo was evacuated upon landing at Oslo Gardermoen Airport due to a misunderstanding.
The incident occurred on Tuesday morning when emergency slides were deployed, and passengers were instructed to evacuate.
According to police, a miscommunication led to the activation of an irreversible emergency procedure.
Passengers, including Siv Jonsvold, reported a sudden call to evacuate, which was initially confusing as the flight had been normal until then.
Despite the unexpected evacuation, the process was orderly, and no injuries were reported.
SAS confirmed the misunderstanding and assured that all passengers were contacted with further information.
The incident did not affect other flights or operations at the airport.
