Emergency services responded to a potential drowning incident at Vågslivatnet in Vinje, Norway, after a man was spotted in the water near a boat.
Bystanders quickly launched their own boat to rescue him and brought him to shore.
As life-saving measures were initiated, a helicopter ambulance arrived on the scene to assist.
