Oslo's newly renovated Tøyenbadet has been defaced with graffiti just days before its grand reopening.
The concrete walls of the city's largest swimming facility, which underwent a costly 2.37 billion NOK renovation, were tagged over the weekend.
Messages like "ugly" were scrawled on the entrance and outdoor pool area.
The Bymiljøetaten is working to remove the graffiti, with senior communications advisor Lene Ødegaard Olsen expressing disappointment over the incident.
Tøyenbadet, closed since 2019, has been in trial use by schools and sports teams and is set to officially reopen to the public on Monday, January 6.
