Severe weather has caused major disruptions across Nordland, Norway, with heavy snow and strong winds leading to road closures and difficult driving conditions.
The E6 over Saltfjellet has been repeatedly closed and reopened for convoy driving due to snowdrifts and poor visibility.

813 Beiarfjellet, have also faced closures or convoy restrictions.

17 Kystriksveien have been suspended, further isolating northern and southern Norway.
Authorities urge drivers to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary, as conditions remain hazardous.
Snowplows are working tirelessly, but the situation is expected to persist for several days.
