A man in his 30s has been charged with secretly filming 13 individuals without their consent during events like Arendalsuka in 2022 and 2024, as well as in a private home in 2021. Police in Agder have completed their investigation, uncovering over 150 illegal recordings and more than 10,000 data files.
The accused has admitted guilt and cooperated with authorities, handing over his devices.
While no evidence suggests the videos were shared, the case has been sent to court for a simplified trial.
Some incidents from 2021 and 2022 are considered time-barred under Norwegian law.
