The Helseplattformen system in Midt-Norge has been plagued by significant issues, affecting nearly 300 patients in Møre og Romsdal.
A recent error left these patients off critical follow-up lists, with at least one patient experiencing worsened health outcomes.
The system, criticized by the Riksrevisjonen for endangering patient safety, has faced numerous challenges since its implementation, including increased waiting lists and communication failures.
Recent technical problems also caused a temporary shutdown at St.
Olavs hospital, attributed to a power outage.
Efforts are underway to rectify these issues, but the situation remains dire, with calls for urgent improvements to ensure patient safety and system reliability.
