Arendalsuka, Norway's premier political and business festival, is set to kick off on August 12, 2024, with a record-breaking 2,140 events planned.
This year's edition will feature 179 different stands, surpassing last year's total of 1,962 events.
Project leader Tone Skindlo Taraldsen emphasized the festival's goal is not to grow larger but to foster meaningful debates that lead to real solutions for societal challenges.
The event is expected to attract a similar or greater number of attendees than last year's 160,000, with nearly 100,000 visitors anticipated throughout the week.
Arendalsuka is recognized as a vital meeting point for leaders in politics, business, and media, drawing significant public interest.
