Wind Delays Historic Rocket Launch

The much-anticipated launch of the Spectrum rocket from Andøya Spaceport in Norway has been delayed due to unfavorable wind conditions.

The German company Isar Aerospace, responsible for the mission, announced the postponement after strong winds in higher altitudes posed safety concerns.

This launch, part of the "Going Full Spectrum" mission, aims to make history as the first commercial orbital rocket launch from mainland Europe.

Despite the setbacks, the team remains optimistic, with a new launch window open until March 30. The mission's success would mark a significant milestone for European space independence, with plans to launch two Norwegian satellites by 2028.
