Two men in their 20s were arrested following a traffic incident in Oslo's Romsås area on Sunday night.
Police were initially alerted to reports of a person being hit by a car, but no injuries were found at the scene.
Upon arrival, emergency services discovered a car had crashed into a wall, while another damaged vehicle had reportedly fled the area.
Witnesses also mentioned seeing a young man running away.
The two arrested individuals, known to the police, are being investigated for their involvement in the incident.
Authorities have also impounded two vehicles suspected to be connected to the case.
The investigation is ongoing to determine the exact sequence of events.
