Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide and Labor Minister Tonje Brenna visited Kyiv to reaffirm Norway's long-term support for Ukraine.
The visit comes as the war continues, with ongoing attacks and diplomatic efforts for a ceasefire.
Norway has pledged 85 billion kroner in aid, focusing on both military and societal support.
Brenna emphasized preparing the 90,000 Ukrainian refugees in Norway for eventual return to help rebuild their homeland.
Eide warned against peace talks that could favor Russia, stressing Ukraine's sovereignty.
The ministers met with Ukrainian officials to discuss rebuilding efforts and ensuring a functioning society during and after the war.
