Norway is set to face severe weather conditions as a powerful low-pressure system moves in from the west.
Meteorologists have issued multiple warnings, including orange-level avalanche risks across the country and yellow-level alerts for heavy snow, rain, and strong winds.
In the west, up to 70mm of rain is expected, while northern regions brace for snowstorms and wind gusts reaching 40 m/s.
Travelers are advised to prepare for sudden weather changes, with potential road closures and hazardous driving conditions.
Experts urge caution, especially in mountainous areas, where snow and ice could make travel treacherous.
The storm is expected to peak Sunday evening and gradually subside by Monday.
