Arna Fire: Tragic Loss and Investigation

A devastating fire in Arna, Bergen, has left one man dead and a woman critically injured.

The fire broke out on February 7, and emergency services initially believed the house was empty.

However, over an hour after the fire was extinguished, a woman emerged from the basement with severe injuries.

A subsequent search revealed the body of a man in his 30s.

Police suspect the fire was deliberately set and are investigating the deceased man as a potential suspect.

The injured woman, believed to be his partner, remains hospitalized and has not yet been interviewed.

Authorities are also examining the death of a dog found at the scene.
