A Widerøe flight from Bergen to Molde faced a double setback on Monday evening.
Initially, the aircraft had to return to Bergen's Flesland Airport due to unspecified technical issues.
Communication manager Catharina Solli confirmed that the decision to return was made to access technical support available at Flesland.
Passengers were then transferred to a replacement aircraft, but further delays ensued as snow forced the closure of the runway.
As a result, the 23 passengers had to spend the night in Bergen, with plans to resume their journey on Tuesday morning.
Despite the disruptions, no emergency was declared, and the airline is working to ensure passengers reach their destination safely.
