Thick fog has caused significant disruptions at Trondheim Airport, Værnes, affecting over 14,000 travelers.
On Sunday, more than 40 flights were canceled due to the dense fog, which has severely limited visibility.
The airport, one of Norway's largest, has seen flights either return to their origin or divert to other airports.
Passengers have been advised to stay updated through their airlines as the situation remains uncertain.
Airport Director Marit Helene Stigen described the event as highly unusual, noting that such dense fog is rare at Værnes.
The fog is expected to persist, potentially affecting flights into Monday.
