Russia has commenced a large-scale naval and air exercise named "Ocean-24," which will run until September 16. This exercise spans from the Pacific and Arctic to the Mediterranean, Caspian, and Baltic Seas.

It involves over 400 warships, submarines, and support vessels, along with more than 120 aircraft.

Over 90,000 soldiers are participating, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

President Vladimir Putin has described it as the largest exercise of its kind in 30 years, with Chinese warships and aircraft also taking part.

Fifteen countries have been invited to observe the exercises, though their names have not been disclosed.
