Police in Oslo responded to a report of a machete sighting at a gym in Alna on Thursday evening.

An alert witness had informed authorities about a person possibly carrying the weapon.

Upon arrival, officers encountered a group of about ten young men who were described as uncooperative.

A machete was later discovered in a locker, which police suspect was used by the group.

None of the individuals admitted ownership of the weapon.

The machete was confiscated, and the group was removed from the premises.
