The trial of Gjert Ingebrigtsen, accused of physical and psychological abuse against two of his children, continues in Sør-Rogaland District Court.

His daughter testified about years of control and violence, including a 2022 incident where she was allegedly struck with a towel.

She described a childhood marked by fear and manipulation, claiming her father threatened to sabotage her future if she quit running.

Her brother, Jakob, also testified, stating he felt safer when cameras were present during the family’s TV series, "Team Ingebrigtsen.

" Both siblings have accused their father of creating a toxic environment, with Jakob alleging that Gjert took pleasure in his failures.

Gjert denies all charges, and the trial is set to continue.
