Eastern Norway experienced a series of traffic accidents on Tuesday morning due to icy road conditions.
Light snowfall and freezing temperatures created hazardous driving conditions, particularly along the E18 highway near Tønsberg and Lier.
Several trucks and cars skidded off the road, leading to temporary closures and traffic disruptions.
Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported, although some vehicles sustained damage.
Authorities have urged drivers to exercise caution and adapt their speed to the slippery conditions.
Emergency services and road maintenance crews are actively working to manage the situation and ensure safety.
