A fire broke out in a residential building on Calmeyers gate in central Oslo, prompting a swift response from emergency services.
The blaze, which started in a kitchen, raised concerns about potential spread through the building's ventilation system.
Firefighters worked diligently to contain the fire, using smoke divers and a ladder truck to access the roof.
By 8:45 AM, the Oslo police confirmed that the fire was under control and there was no longer a risk of it spreading.
Fortunately, all residents, numbering between 10 to 15, were safely evacuated, and no injuries were reported.
Authorities are now assessing the building to ensure it is safe for residents to return.
