A significant fire broke out in a residential building in Korsvik, Kristiansand, on Wednesday evening, resulting in the total destruction of four out of six apartments.

The fire, which was reported to the Agder police at 18:19, was under control by 19:19. All residents were safely evacuated, with no injuries reported.

The cause of the fire remains unknown, and an investigation is underway.

Emergency services, including the fire department and police, responded promptly to the scene, ensuring the safety of all involved.

The building is currently uninhabitable, and efforts are being made to find temporary housing for the displaced residents.
