Three men have been charged with the abduction of finance figure Christer Tromsdal, 55, who was reportedly held captive on a remote farm in Modum.
The incident unfolded earlier this week when Tromsdal was allegedly kidnapped and held for about a day before being found by police.
Two of the suspects have been remanded in custody for four weeks, with restrictions on communication and visits.
Tromsdal, who has a history of legal troubles, was found showing signs of violence and is currently hospitalized.
The police are in the early stages of their investigation and have not disclosed the motive behind the abduction.
