In a dramatic heist at Blomqvist Nettauksjon in Fornebu, thieves used a vehicle to smash through the facade early Tuesday morning.
The alarm was triggered around 6 AM, but by the time police arrived, the culprits had fled with jewelry and watches valued at up to one million kroner.
Despite the damage, the most valuable items were not stolen, as they are stored elsewhere.
The auction house, currently hosting a luxury auction, is working with police to review surveillance footage and identify the suspects.
The incident has caused significant disruption, with water damage adding to the chaos after a pipe was broken during the break-in.
Police are treating the case as a serious theft and are actively investigating.
